We share information with third-party vendors and service providers that assist us in operating the Service, including cloud hosting providers, payment processors, SMS delivery providers, analytics platforms, and AI infrastructure providers. These providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us and are subject to confidentiality obligations.
AI Infrastructure Providers. Our voice AI and language model features are powered by third-party AI providers, including Anthropic, PBC (maker of Claude). Your conversation inputs may be processed by these providers in accordance with their privacy policies and our data processing agreements with them. We do not permit these providers to use your personal data to train their models independently.

You can opt out of marketing SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message or by contacting us at hello@dumo.app. You may continue to receive transactional messages related to your bookings and account even after opting out of marketing messages.
Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of using Dumo's services or completing any purchase.

We may also use pixel tags and web beacons in emails to track whether you have opened an email and clicked any links. You can disable this by adjusting your email settings to prevent automatic image loading.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
